Well, if you’ve read the homepage you know by now that I’m undertaking my masters in cybersecurity here in Melbourne. A very challenging course but also very rewarding. One of the subjects that I am are currently undertaking is Intelligent Systems, it’s about machine learning which we are somewhat training a machine to “think” a little like a human being or at least make decisions on its own based on what it sees, hears or learns. For example: Siri or Alexa, Netflix recommendations, etc. Basically Intelligent Systems is an introduction to Artificial Intelligence – YUP! Even until now I’m still trying to wrap my head around the concept.
The lectures are somewhat hard to digest but you’ll understand it well enough if you put your mind into it. The picture here is from a different topic, this one is about Neural Networks, basically it’s a layout of how a neural network looks like and how it processes the input and output. More into this as I try to figure out ways on how to explain this in ways everyone can understand haha.
